Meet Delena
"Mrs D"
Delena has been in the wedding industry for over 30 years. With various positions and roles, she knows what it takes to pull off your dream wedding. Delena is one of our favorite in house day-of coordinators, and handles all of our communication, tours, bookings, and is one of our in house designers! When she is not at the venue, you can find her traveling with her family, and watching her son Mason do his thing out on the racetrack!
Meet Micayla
Micayla is the newest member to our team, and is a 2024 Twin Oaks (our sister venue)
bride! She manages all of the venues social medias, web design, marketing, project management, and venue photography! She's always there to help, and can't wait to see your perfect wedding day come to life! When she is not at the venue, you can find her spending time with her puppy and fiancé or at Target!
Meet Heidi
Heidi loves weddings more than just about anything! (she cries at every one ;) Heidi is one of our newest team member but she has felt like family from the beginning. Heidi is a fan fav, being one of our in house coordinators! She strives for excellence in all that she does and she truly wants the best for each and every one of our couples. We love us some Heidi!
Meet Faith
She gets it from her momma! Faith has been involved in the wedding industry ever since she was a little girl, and her family owned their very own wedding venue. Faith helps with anything and everything around the venues from killing ants, handling laundry, and wedding coordinating! When Faith isn't at the venues you can find her managing media and PR for her brother, Mason!
MEET THE OWNERS
Stephen and Katie Sapp
Stephen and Katie bought the 53 acre property in 2017, put in a lot of blood, sweat and tears and opened up the barn for receptions, showers, and small events in 2019. The barn we had then is not the barn we have now, but it was the start of the fastest growing wedding venue in the West Georgia area.
The Sapp's own home is located on the property at Twin Oaks, and theres a good chance you'll see some Sapp kids or furry friends running around when visiting!
Stephen owns a construction company located in Bremen, so any dream of his can be executed quickly and correctly with his team. Twin Oaks is always improving, updating and expanding. We believe our couples deserve the best of the best.
